[Busmanagers] HRMS query

[Maxwell, Noleen N]

One of our leading teachers' contract ceases on 4/3/06 and they will be
reverting back to an expert teacher. In job data, what do I put as the
reason - demotion, data change? Also, is it correct to place them at
step 3?
