[Busmanagers] Vandal proof Toilet Roll holders and Paper towel holders

As part of our building program we are renovating our toilets and I would
like to put in some vandal proof (or as near as possible) toilet roll
holders and paper towel dispensers. Could anyone recommend a supplier?
