[Busmanagers] CASES21 F & Bendigo Bank Local payroll direct deposits via Securelink

We have just been implemented on CASES 21F and have struck a problem with sending our CASES 21F Direct Deposit file to the Bendigo Bank via "Securelink".  This is a program we have used with old CASES where in Securelink picks up the file from CASES and sends it to the bank via modem.
 
Evidently with CASES 21F, the "totals line" or "Trailer/Control record" as it is sometimes called, is  missing.
 
Is there anyone out there who uses Securelink with Bendigo Bank for their local payroll direct depositing.  If so, I would REALLY appreciate hearing from you.
