[Busmanagers] Staff Listing - HRMS

I had the same problem last year - most annoying because one questions
ones sanity.    My problem was that my staff ID consisted of 4
characters and it should have been 3.  I had to make the 4 character one
inactive and create a new ID.  I hope this helps.  This was done in
Cases 21 not HRMS because the HRMS data was correct.

Hi Joscelyn,

 

I have the same problem with 4 of my staff members. Every time I log
onto C21 their details have reverted back to pre amended details. It's
driving me insane!. Call centre advised that details must mirror what is
in HRMS. Once you have changed the details in C21 to mirror HRMS then
click on refresh CASES personnel in HRMS. The system is then supposed to
save the changes overnight C21 details should then be correct the next
day. All good in theory - hasn't happened that way for me yet!. The call
centre has no idea why info doesn't automatically transfer from HRMS in
some instances but does in others.

Hi,

 

I have added some phone numbers to the personnel data (under
correction), saved them but they will not print up in the staff listing
report.

On double checking they are saved to the screen and the save disk is
greyed out....so I thought all would be well.

 

Hot line cannot help as they cannot view or process reports!!

 

There must be something simple that is going wrong?   Can anyone advise.
