[Busmanagers] prep 2007 enrolment

At EOY training they said to use the 31 January 2007 as the enrolment
date.

This circular clarifies that the first day of Term 1, Tuesday 30 January
2007, is a pupil-free day and students are scheduled to begin school on
Wednesday 31 January 2007.
