[Busmanagers] prep 2007 enrolment

I was told by David Rolfe at Parkmore SERCT Centre, that for existing
students 30th January is a student free day.  For new prep enrolments,
their enrolment day is 31st January.

This circular clarifies that the first day of Term 1, Tuesday 30 January
2007, is a pupil-free day and students are scheduled to begin school on
