[Busmanagers] Transfer funds to Co-Op Account

I now have another question.
 
I am wanting to transfer funds from Hall Hire into the Co-Operative bank
account to assist with loan repayments.  My first thought was to just do
a bank transfer through C21F and then a handwritten cheque.  However,
the more I think about it, the more I think I should just do a normal
cheque through C21F and code it to hall hire so that it is quite clear
that the money has been moved and where it has gone.
 
What do you think?
