[Busmanagers] Direct debit for local pays

I am currently banking with ANZ they do not do direct banking for pays
is there another program to use within this bank. I was wondering what
other banks business managers are using for local pays and what are the
costs involved.
I hear that Commonwealth has this facility what are the costs.
Do other use Westpac.
Just need some ideas.
I know it is not the time of year to be doing this but trying to do some
homework to set up for 2007.
