Depends. If it is an ongoing teacher, the change is from the date they
commence working at the new time fraction. If fixed term, it will be
the date the new employment commences. The same rules apply no matter
whether it is an increase in hours or a decrease.

Can you clarify the date I action time fraction reductions (or
increases) for teachers in 2007? Does this apply from the start of the
school year or from 22/12 like our earlier discussions?
