If the accounts are both at the same Bank, you could just write a letter
asking them to transfer funds from one account to the other. This is
what I did yesterday so hope that is OK. You then have to remember to
transfer the funds on CASES21.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Building Fund
Morning all,
We have a tax deductible building fund and Library fund included in our
2007 fees. As this is the first year these have been included, I'm
unsure of how to treat the transfer from the official account to the
building fund etc. When parents pay for all fees and books together, the
amount is deposited into the official account. At the end of each month,
I want to transfer the donations into the building fund account. If I
write a cheque, do I use 89301 from the official and 74102 into the
building fund? Is there another way other than writing a cheque?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Noleen Maxwell
