Hi Terri,

When you need to do an extra pay, you should enter the date that you did
the last one prior, but never mind next time.  For your bank Rec just
make note of the variance and close off your bank Rec just with that
variance amount.  It doesn't matter as long as you make note of the
reason for the variance in your Bank Rec for reporting and auditing
purposes.  This is a great learning curve for us all isn't it

Hi All,

 

Hope someone can help 

 

am very confused about paydates

 

especially where you need to do extra one if you have  missed a person!!

I had to do an extra payroll which then  pushed  the next date to 1st of
sept . and of course this is not in my August rec but has been banked in
Aug.

 I am not sure where this is heading with my reconciliation maybe I need
to ring the help desk....

any info on this would be appreciated
