Hi

We have a book at the office and everyone has to sign keys in and out.
Eg computer room, sports store.  Teachers send their students up to get
the keys.  Most of the time it works.  They learn that they are
questioned if the key goes missing and they haven't signed it back in
and so they soon learn to sign the key back in.

 

I also have an excel sheet for which personnel keep master keys etc. in
the school.

I would be interested to hear what sort of system other school's use for
recording movement of school keys - key number,  who it was issued to,
etc.

If anyone knows of a software program or has developed a whiz bang
system could you please let me know.
