I did the same thing as we were really pleased with Sita...they also
re-negotiated with us too.
 
Very happy with them, and I agree - well worth a phone call!!!!

Here is something else that may be of interest to you.
 
We approached Sita stating that we could do better elsewhere for our
collections and they have now re-negotiated their prices which are going
to save us approximately $2000 per year.
 
Well worth a 'phone call.
