[Busmanagers] Family Leave/Sick Leave

I have a staff member who was to commence Maternity Leave on the 21st but 
has been absent since the 2nd due to illness related to the pregnancy.

 From my understanding if  the sick leave relates to the pregnancy then the 
person is on Maternity Leave not sick leave
