[Busmanagers] Sub Prog Transfer

[McDonald, Ross RL]

I just transferred some costs and some revenue from one subprogam to
another.

 

Annual Variance reports show success BUT Transaction Reports don't show
the transfers.

 

Never happened before - have I missed something or am I having a
"middle" moment (not a senior yet!).

 

Any clues?
