Good Afternoon everyone,

 

Has anyone noticed that we do not receive messages everyday when signing
into Cases21 from the message handling system, I have had this looked at
by the Help desk, however it occurred to me maybe it was part of the new
upgrade and you only receive messages when its appropriate; some feed
back would be good, because I am keeping a list of dates for the Help
Desk and wondered if it was just us.
