[Busmanagers] Teacher aide

Staff employed on  a regular basis are considered part time now.  Casual
rate is only where they are employed on an ad hoc basis.  Barb Strahan

We are looking at employing a teacher aide for 10 hours per week to be
paid from local payroll.  Would the hourly rate be $14.40 (SSO1-1 48/52)
Also the additional cost 9% SGC, work cover etc.  Should have kept the
previous correspondence on this matter!
