[Busmanagers] HRMS Question

Hi Brigid,
 
At Doncaster Secondary College we employ qualified nurses (share job .5
each) at SSO2-3 Classification (48/52).  We felt that with approx 1470
students that we needed to have a qualified nurse, rather than first aid
certificate only.  This really depends on the schools needs and budget.

Currently we employ a Nurse from Rally health to man our very busy first
aid room, we are forward thinking for next year and looking too
advertise the position as an SSO, do any other schools employ a Nurse
under the SSO Agreement and what classification do you have them
employed at.
