[Busmanagers] cases21 date

Does anyone know how to change the date sequence in CASES21?  I cannot get into anything to do with cases21 on my station but when I try on two other stations it tells me that the date sequence is wrong. (mm/dd/yy).  I have been waiting since Tuesday to hear from the help desk with constant phone calls to them and still nothing.  I am not getting any answers.  I cant use CASES21 at all....I keep getting the CAz error message!
