[Busmanagers] Family statements with zero or credit balance

[Clark, Raelene V]

In the parameters box under "Balance must be greater than" - put a
negative figure instead of zero.  Then it will print a zero or credit
balance.  If you put in -$1000 you can be sure it will cover everything.

How can I print a family statement which has a zero or credit balance I
was able to do this before the upgrade & now I get nothing & have to
look in family financial details
