[Busmanagers] a-z GST Guide

We are currently holding a book fair.  The money we receive goes
directly to the company so I code it as a non-profit trading operation
outside GST and then when the commission comes in I code that with GST.

Does anyone know where to find the A - Z GST Guide these days?  I have
looked and can't find it.....  Also was wondering how other schools
using CASES 21F code Book Fairs.
