[Busmanagers] Visiting Teachers Travel Allowance

Hi Cheryl,

 

Yes, I will be now paying Visiting Teachers travel claims on local
payroll. Although I haven't done so as yet. I will be following the
Process Guide and have a further Guide from the Tax Resource centre
called Travel Allowances-A Guide for Business Managers.

A tip that was suggested to me was to put a message on each pay slip as
to how many kilometres had been claimed to date. The VT will then be
aware of when they are reaching the 5000 klms that then requires taxing.
