Hi Karyn,

 

The last upgrade caused this problem for some of us, the fix is

 

In Cases21 click on

 

            Supervisor

            Database Properties

            Financial Information (this is the TAB at the top)

            Skip Delivery - change the N to a Y.

 

When you truck in your orders after this it will automatically deliver,
so be careful if there is a discrepancy in pricing.

Can anyone tell me if they are having or have had problems with trucking
in your invoices?  I have had problems with the last lot of invoices I
am trying to truck in to my orders, have had to cancel the orders and
just pay the invoices by themselves.  Very frustrating.  Have not had
this problem before, only seems to be since the upgrade.  Does anyone
know what I am suddenly doing wrong?
