Judy - we have a sign in book with a badge pass.  I have attached what we use.  The front and backs are copied onto coloured card, cut and then inserted into the clear bages.  Margins are correct for copying two-sided (you will notice that the ‘back’ is positioned to the right but is the correct positioning for copying/printing).  A lot cheaper than having them done outside.

Good morning helpful people! 

We have an existing system for visitor passes at our school, and as with most things, it seems as though it is becoming more expensive each time we re-order.  We would like to do some research about some other systems, and wonder if someone out there is using other systems that we could have a look at.  We are using Compac at present, which was a better price at the time we changed from our original supplier.
