[Busmanagers] Quarterly term grant

Hi Debbie

 

The recommended process was to load revenue budgets for cash grants,
fees etc to Revenue control 9499 and then track your revenue collections
via this one sub-program. Therefore you would receipt your grant to 9499
not individual programs. Your expenditure budgets would be against your
sub-programs and that is how you track how they are going. Coordinators
etc do not need to know how much cash grant they get just how much they
can spend which would be determined in the budgeting process before
input to CASES21.

I was wondering if anyone receipts their quarterly grant into their sub
programs so they can see how their budgets are going ?  

 

I am about to receipt my first quarterly grant in Cases 21 F

Hi all,

 

Just hoping someone can help.  We've just gone onto CASES21F and not
sure how/where to record the quarterly cash grant (H.Y.I.A.)  I've
missed the training due to an injury I received the day before training
began and my assistant has taken over the finances until I can complete
my training.  It's all a mystery to me as yet until I have done the
training.
