[Busmanagers] Quarterly term grant

Hi all,
 
Just hoping someone can help.  We've just gone onto CASES21F and not sure how/where to record the quarterly cash grant (H.Y.I.A.)  I've missed the training due to an injury I received the day before training began and my assistant has taken over the finances until I can complete my training.  It's all a mystery to me as yet until I have done the training.
