Hi Jill,

Glynis is right, we need to send our recent energy bill NO LATER THAN
27TH APRIL to the following in at the Department to

Schools Resource Allocation Branch
Department of Education
GPO BOX 4367
Melbourne Vic 3002. 

Schools were asked to send in copies (front and back) of all pages.
You need to include a covering letter noting the school name, number,
address and contact person for follow up matters.

contract a 3 year Energy Savings Plan is to be prepared.  As part of
this an Energy Audit/Assessment has to be done.
