[Busmanagers] unwanted emails

Good morning everyone,
 
would anyone know off hand what the procedure is with unwanted emails?
is there someone you can forward them on to follow up on?
 
The school account received one regarding erection performance with no
contact details except email
 just not the right sought of thing for a school account
