I know how you feel.  I had the same problem for two pay sessions.  I
had a hyphen in between my bank account numbers.  The program does not
like apostrophises, dashes, hyphens etc.  So when I took the hypen out,
presto it worked.  I hope this help you.

I am recently on CASES 21 Finance and also started using Quickline.

 

I logged a call yesterday with the Help Desk and am still waiting so if
anyone can help me with my query before they get back it would be great.

 

I saved my local payroll to a file and when I went into Quickline and
went to import a file a message came up - Unknown fund movement item
type.  If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
