[Busmanagers] Retirement function

I don't believe that field shows on any report - you need to put the person's name in the detail field.

Good morning everyone
 
we are collecting money for a retirement function I am planning to receipt the money through GL same as canteen & in "received from field" type the persons name I am presuming the persons name will come out in Description/Payee when I do a sub program report.  Is this a good way to go
