Hi Lyanne,
I have found it more practical to have all batches, except for balance
day adjustment batches, filed together in numerical order. They are easy
enough to find and it is also easier to notice if you are missing any
batches, which can sometimes happen if more than one person is using
C21F.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Filing Batch Reports
When I did my CASES 21F training we were told that it was up to us how
we filed the reports. It was suggested to have separate folders for the
various types of batches - which I have done.
I have noticed that in the new section "Batches" they tell us to file
all batches in the one folder numerically.
Can other schools tell me how they are filing?
Thanks
