[Busmanagers] Filing Batch Reports

Hi Lyanne,

 

We have a separate folder for each of our admin staff.  They file the
batches they produce in their own folder in numerical order.  We also
file our bank deposit slips (with receipt tape attached) behind the
batch it relates to

When I did my CASES 21F training we were told that it was up to us how
we filed the reports.  It was suggested to have separate folders for the
various types of batches - which I have done.

 

I have noticed that in the new section "Batches" they tell us to file
all batches in the one folder numerically.

 

Can other schools tell me how they are filing?
