Shelley I use the Fortnightly Salary Payments schedule.  A lot of our staff have increments due at the beginning of the year and are at the top of the scale so I only need to change their date therefore I do a heap at once and the balance during the year as they come due.  Once you change the date it then shows up on that report the next pay period, therefore always having their current review/increment date.
