Lisa, I also get the schools emails but the mailing list is directed to a separate folder.  I have 3 accounts I access and switch from one to another – school is separate, my personal one is separate and so is the mailing list.  I wanted the school separate for times when I am absent and someone else would need to access it and I didn’t want the mailing list to get mixed in with my account.  It works really well as all 3 accounts are distinguished.  If I am absent the ladies in the office have a separate log in they use to get the school mail (different from what I use, as my log in opens all 3 accounts at the time of log in).

 

Not sure that I have explained this properly but thought you may be interested.  Our tech did a great job of setting this up for me.

As I am now receiving the mail direct to the schools email address.  I would appreciate you removing my peronal email address (ewan.lisa.a at edumail.vic.gov.au) from the mailing list as I am receiving two of the sme which is clogging my mailbox.  I love getting all the emails and find the process bery informative.  Keep up the good work.
