I am responsible for the calculators so should be able to help, though
I'm not 100% sure what your problem is.

 

If the calculator is not downloading at all it is probably because your
security level in Microsoft Excel is set too high (for some reason Excel
has its own security settings).  The following should fix this.

 

*	Open Excel
*	Click Tools on the menu bar
*	Click Options from the drop-down menu
*	A dialog box with several tabs will open.  Click the Tab
labelled Security
*	Click the button labelled Macro Security.  A new box will open
*	Set the security level to Medium
*	Click OK
*	Close Excel

 

When opening any Excel file containing Macros you will be asked whether
you want to Enable the Macros.  If the file is from a trusted source
(hopefully that includes me!) click the Enable button.

Hi Everyone,

 

I am trying to access the calculator for commencement salary for a
teacher.  I cannot access this when I click on the icon and I know there
is something else I have to do apart from the Macros enabling.  Can
anyone refresh my memory?
