[Busmanagers] Cheque numbers

Noleen, I found on one of the first batches for 2006 that I did, that I
printed the chq vouchers before I had printed the cheques, then couldn't
print the vouchers again. The payment batch had been generated so it
knew which creditors to pay. Had to write them on by hand. Could this
have been what happened to you?

Afternoon all,

 

I have just run off the school copy of the creditor remittance advice
(CR21112) and the cheque numbers no longer appear on the form!  The last
cheques I ran on 5th April had the cheque numbers on the form - haven't
done anything different, so can't figure it out. Has anyone else had the
same thing happen to them? I now have to write the chq no on them now so
I can find them again if I need to  - jolly frustrating and time
wasting!
