Noleen, I've just been talking to our girls as we had the same thing
happen. Sina felt that when printing the vouchers you had to make sure
that you put the batch number of the creditor payments batch NOT the
creditor invoice batch.

Afternoon all,

 

I have just run off the school copy of the creditor remittance advice
(CR21112) and the cheque numbers no longer appear on the form!  The last
cheques I ran on 5th April had the cheque numbers on the form - haven't
done anything different, so can't figure it out. Has anyone else had the
same thing happen to them? I now have to write the chq no on them now so
I can find them again if I need to  - jolly frustrating and time
wasting!
