[Busmanagers] ATO Query

I have logged a call with the Help Desk but thought maybe someone else
out there has had this happen.   In January I had a refund due from the
ATO, in February a refund and in March a payment, for whatever reason
the ATO has lodged an amount in my official account off the two refunds
less the payment, which as you can imagine messes the bank rec, have you
had this happen or heard of it happening?  Obviously I can't do
anything, guess this is one for investigations.
