Dear School Notebook Representative,

 

According to our records the school has not returned all Round 2 & 8
Cycle 2 units. 

 

With school holidays fast approaching, it is essential that the return
process has been completed.

 

As previously stated, recipients whose notebooks are not returned by due
date will be deemed to have purchased their unit. In this case the
Notebook Team will send a tax invoice to individuals requesting payment
of $754.50 (Apple ibook) or $694.00 (IBM notebook), both of which
include a $100.00 administration fee.

 

It is essential that the return process is completed as soon as
possible.

 

If the unit has been purchased, please ignore this reminder.  The
teachers' names will still appear on the return page until such time we
receive information from Macquarie Bank and our system has been updated.

 

If you have notebooks to be returned, please ensure that you go online
to www.eduweb.vic.gov.au/forms/school/notebooks (using the school's
edumail log on details) and click on 'End of lease DE&T Notebook Returns
(return to lessor)' to complete, as per previous instructions sent on
the 8th July 2005. Once completed you will receive an email from Star
Track within the next day or so, with the consignment note, please place
the consignment notes on the correct boxes and then contact Star Track
on 13 23 45 to collect the unit/s and deliver to the leasing company.
