[Busmanagers] Kyocera Printer question

I had the same problem - you can only tap for so long!!
State Supply will order them in for you (even though they aren't in the
catalogue).
It is :    Item No. 9323610 KYWB-TB60X Waste Toner Bottle for FS
1800/3800 TB60.
I was told to write on the order "Please buy in".
The cost $22.46 per bottle.

I had this happen just last week.  We extended the life of the toner
bottle by a couple of weeks just by tapping it and stopping the printer
from beeping.  But last week it wasn't satisfied by this and I had to
actually change the bottle.

Has anyone had the waste toner bottle on the Kyocera printer become full
before the printer cartridge is empty?  

 

If so, is it possible to purchase replacement waste toner bottles on
their own rather than the full printer cartridge replacement kit.  I
will need to use the one in the kit, and then won't have a new waste
bottle for when the printer cartridge needs replacing.

 

Also, where do we source the replacement printer cartridges?
