We have a building co-op and loan.  The loan and two bank accounts are
with the VTCU.  One bank account is just the Co-Operative bank account,
the other is a tax deductible bank account.  We make loan repayments via
the co-op bank account (can be cheque or internet transfer) - we tend to
do a single large repayment which cuts down on the interest.  Any
donations to the building fund is receipted into the tax deductible
building fund account, these can then be transferred when needed.  Any
money we make through hire of the hall (the co-op was set up to build
the hall) is receipted as normal through CASES21 and will be paid into
the co-op bank account via cheque at the end of the year to assist with
loan repayments next year.

How do you pay it back, though the bank, or back through a co-op then
the co-op pays the bank.  Any ideas.
