[Busmanagers] book fairs

We pay for the books as N/non profit making trading.  The book company
usually issues a tax invoice for the commission

Can anyone tell me - when making a payment to Scholastic for book fairs
for which  the school receives a commission on sales, should the cheque
be GST inclusive?
