By doing debtor invoice on the system it automatically creates the
charge.  But be careful, once you have printed out the invoice you can't
change anything on the invoice, even though you haven't updated the
batch!  There is also not much room to write any details on it.

Good Afternoon,

We are on CASES21F.  I need to send a tax invoices to a Sundry Debtor
for use of our Hall facilities which we send out at the end of Term do I
need to create the charge first before sending the tax invoice or is
there the facility in CASES21F where you can send an invoice without
creating a charge.
