[Busmanagers] Transfer of Mobile Telephony Services to TPAMS

At the recent multi-campus conference the Circular 339/2005 re Transfer
of Mobile Telephony Services to Telstra TPAMS Contract was discussed and
there was some confusion over point 1 on page 2.  I had already
contacted Telstra over whether I had to advise them of all our mobiles
which are non-contracted and I received a reply yesterday.

If your mobiles are non-contracted then you don't have to advise
Telstra, the new rates will automatically be applied at the time of the
next due payment date.  

If you have contracted accounts then you have to fill out the Bulk
Porting Collection Form.

The man I spoke to yesterday said he would be contacting those accounts
which are contracted anyway over the next month or so.
