[Busmanagers] Read only access to Netbank

We use ANZ and had no problem, just signed signature card for "Read
Access Only" .  We did the same with MECU after a bit of consultation.
It was minuted with School Council and have not had a problem since.

I have been trying for months to get the Commonwealth Bank to grant me
access to read only Netbank.

They will not budge and insist that I need to be a signatory for signing
cheques.  They say it is illegal to use the Principal's pin number if I
sign her up.

If anyone knows of a good Bank Manager that I can refer our local
Bulleen CBA to ring, could you please let me know.
