[Busmanagers] Read only access to Netbank

Initially I had the same problem. 

I went to CBA with our Principal and Assistant Principal who signed all
the relevant paperwork. They where then given passwords to access
Internet banking.....I use the Principal's password to process payroll
and check the account daily. School Council have approved it.

I would suggest you do the same because as we know, there is NO getting
through with people at the bank!

I know exactly what you are going through. 

 

I used our old Prin's pin number but we have had a new Prin start this
term and they are also refusing the grant read only access unless it is
attached to his personal account and he wouldn't have it.  I sent him
off to the Bank yesterday to try and sort it out but he is not in today
so don't know what eventually happened - can let you know next week.
Netbank are insisting that it can't be done unless you are a signatory
and in fact they will hardly even talk to you.  The only other option is
to instal Quickline (which we use for Payroll and am now using for
Direct Credits for staff reimbursements) but they do charge for every
time you log on so it is more expensive - still we may not have much
choice.

 

If you have better luck than me, please let me know.

I have been trying for months to get the Commonwealth Bank to grant me
access to read only Netbank.

They will not budge and insist that I need to be a signatory for signing
cheques.  They say it is illegal to use the Principal's pin number if I
sign her up.

If anyone knows of a good Bank Manager that I can refer our local
Bulleen CBA to ring, could you please let me know.
