[Busmanagers] Archives - Student Records

Hi there

We don't archive the paper copies anymore.  We keep them on CD.  Keep
one off campus in a paid for safe zone, one in our office safe and
another in a safe area in the school.  The info is on the server so
designated people can get the results when needed.

Hi All,

 

Can a large Secondary College advise me how they archive their student
records.  We currently have 30 filing cabinets in our Dungeon which are
crammed full with files and it just keeps growing.  Is their a better
way to go???
