[Busmanagers] Re Calendar of timelines for Finance -over the school year

Where can I find the calendar for events re: finance planning/ dates/
budget reviews etc - I just can't put my hand on it at present.

Hi

 

I found this happened when an invoice date was entered as a future date
and so for the rest of the month the date seemed to default to the
future date instead of the current date. We have now trained ourselves
to always check the date on a transaction.

Hi Brigid, 

 

We've been having this problem for quite some time, not just since the
upgrade.

 

If you forget to change it and do regular bank recs. the transactions
don't appear unless you put a statement date after the date.

Since the latest upgrade I have found that no matter what we do the date
keeps changing to a ledger date of 26/10/05; any suggestions on how to
stop this or why this is happening.
