[Busmanagers] Excursion Levies

We are looking at reviewing how our Excursion Levy/Prepayment operates.
At present, each year level has a different $ amount for their levy,
depending on what is planned for the year.

 

I would be interested in finding out how other schools deal with this,
if they have a set amount across all year levels, and how they ensure
that parents get what they pay for.
