[Busmanagers] Saving money

As far as I know we are not allowed to sign contracts with any other
company for electricity and phone's.  The whole of government tender
process is about all schools being under the one contract.

Has anyone moved their Power bills to Power Direct?  They say Greythorn
can save $500 a year.  We have to use them for 3 years.
